www.anchorpalak.in is the website of Palak Shah (Anchor Palak Shah), an event anchor based in Mumbai, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to contact@anchorpalak.in.
1.Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the enquiry form, an email or a message asks about a date; it does not reserve it. A date is booked only once Palak has confirmed it with you directly.
Fees, timings, travel and any cancellation terms are agreed with you for each event before it is confirmed. Nothing on this website is a price list or an offer of availability.
2.Information on this site
The site describes the events Palak hosts and how she works. It is kept accurate, but details such as the services offered may change, and the general guidance on planning an event is for information only.
3.Photographs, video and content
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Palak Shah unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client logos belong to their owners and are shown to list events Palak has hosted for them. Reels shown from Instagram remain on Instagram and belong to their owner.
4.Using the site fairly
Please send only genuine enquiries, with accurate contact details. Automated or bulk submissions, and attempts to interfere with the site, are not permitted.
5.Links to other services
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other services take you to sites that are not run by Palak Shah; their own terms and policies apply there.
6.Your personal information
How the details you send are used is explained in the privacy policy.
7.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. They are governed by the laws of India.
